It is momiforme wearing the striped tripartite wig and holding agricultural implements.
Hieroglyphic inscriptions on a vertical column of Chapter V of Book of the Dead. "The Prophet of Amun-Re, king of the gods, the Initiate the mysteries, the Head of the painters of the house of Amun, justified Amenemope said, it is I who seek the inert, the native of Ounou and I saw the bowels of the Big Monkey.
